This simple but sturdy steel guard is suitable for protecting your precious young trees from damage caused by a collision, but also for protecting lighting posts, hydrants or any other type of column.

The protective bracket is placed in concrete. The three bases do not have to be excavated particularly large or deeply. A depth of 30 to 40 cm is sufficient, so that the roots of your tree can easily find their way under the concrete bases. The third leg provides extra resistance. This allows you at a later, time when the tree is fully grown, to still remove the tree guard without too many problems.

Our tree guard and pole protector is hot-dip galvanized and can therefore be painted over without significant pre-treatment in a color that suits you best. We can also finish the tree guardin wet paint on request.
