For the safe demarcation of a danger zone, we recommend placing a cone every two meters.

Traffic cones are used to create a visible demarcation not only in road works, but also in construction, maintenance or repair works. They draw your attention to danger zones and are also used to restrict access to such zones.

They are also used for completely different purposes. Just think of football training, camp games or gymnastics lessons.

There are many types of traffic cones: made in one piece or composed of a body and a separate base; made from PVC, PU or rubber. There are also big differences in the material used for the white collars. These can be separate sleeves that are glued to the cone, but usually a reflective film is used, such as is commonly used for traffic beacons. Sometimes only the white collars are reflective, but sometimes their entire body (red-white) is covered with reflective film to maximise visibility under all circumstances.

This large PVC model is robust and also has 2 HI white reflective collars that guarantee good visibility. This makes them ideal for use at road works and major maintenance works. We recommend the use of these larger models, especially for danger zones in the vicinity of moving traffic. After all, their height will draw more attention to the danger.

When they have to be used for a longer period, eg. to mark a defective machine that will be out of order for a longer period, it is also recommended to use this bigger cone.
